I am Stephanie Mayrose, and 818 Freight Solutions is the result of a lifelong connection to both accounting and trucking. I was born into an accounting family and raised in Colorado, where I’ve spent over 30 years working in both the financial and transportation industries. From small carriers to large freight operations, I’ve seen the full range of what it takes to keep a trucking business running—not just on the road, but behind the scenes.

What drove me to start this business was simple: I constantly saw truckers overwhelmed by the paperwork, the compliance requirements, and the never-ending loss on how to stay organized. I’m also married to a trucker and help manage his business, so I understand how demanding and fast-moving this industry can be. That personal and professional perspective is what shapes everything I do.

Organization has always been my strength—especially when it comes to managing the growing volume of documents and records that today’s trucking companies have to deal with. My goal is to make those systems easier, more accessible, and less stressful for the people behind the wheel and the ones supporting them.
